In a Eucalyptus tree on land next to my house I noticed a Fox about 15ft up. After looking closer at the camera when taking shots I realised it was in fact bark from the tree that had shed and curled up.

About Me

My photo
6 Wheeled Birder
From as early an age as I can remember I have been fascinated by nature and wildlife, I have also enjoyed photography since my mid teens. Since my wonderful wife Sue bought me a decent lens for my 50th birthday, I have been able to combine the 2 loves which has culminated into something much greater than the sum of the 2 parts. Sue did ask "would you get the use out of the lens?" Well to say yes would be an understatement, Sue either regrets bying me the lens as I am now never at home, or it was a cunning ploy.... My career of an electrical and mechanical engineer, has in the past not allowed much time for getting out with my camera, but my current situation now allows this a bit more, and I am loving it, although it is a bit restrictive in the areas I can get to due to being stuck in a wheelchair!.I hope anyone looking at this blog enjoys some of my pictures. If you want a chat then I can normally be found at Samphire Hoe where I volunteer in a visitor experience role on most Wednesdays
